We have a 51yr old receptionist. Her job tile is "Student Services"... she answers phones. She says she is a trained 'engineer' uh huh sure!
She is a very confrontational woman who believes that she is owed more than she deserves. She seems to have the mind of a young adult and unfortunately she dresses like one too (boobs and ass-for-days) she is always afraid that someone is looking at them and she still dresses to show them off. She enjoys calling the shots but doesn't want to take on any responsibility or any of the work.
This woman makes an otherwise cohesive office of professionals very dysfunctional. We are all on edge trying to avoid her, when she isn't in the office we cant help but gripe about her... If she only knew how much we cared!
She is now engaged with another coworker in an argument over nothing at all and like a bulldog worrying on a bone, the bitch JUST WONT LET IT DROP.

The argument is escalating and getting nasty and I’m laughing... in a few minutes I expect her weave will get snatched right off her head!
In the office we are all at our-wits-end, do we document it? do we call HR? do we let her run on and on unopposed? or do we give it right back at her?
I may have to set up a cam to catch her in the act...
